Developed by
our research and development company, the revolutionary 3D moulding
process will change the way traditional apartment doors are
manufactured in the future. After many years of research and
development, a highly decorative, competitively priced range of doors
can now be produced. The doors can be finished with ornate designs in
a wide range of real wood veneers or with resin impregnated surface
films, both of which depict the beauty of decorative wood species
from around the world. They are unique as they are the first doors in
the world produced using this technology.
Ennel
The
Ennel door skin is completely formed and bonded in one operation,
using our unique
3D
moulding process for truly distinctive designs.

Our stile and
rail doors depict for the first time a true visual image of being
manufactured from solid wood using the traditional mortise and tenon
joint construction, but is in fact constructed without the use of
solid wood, dry joints, tenon or dowel construction.
- The
first panelled doors constructed by our unique stile and rail
system, which eliminates dry joints.
- Our
door skin is moulded and bonded in one operation to a depth of 10mm
and may incorporate the forming of raised panels at the same time.
- Our
door skins are manufactured from E1 grade 15mm MDF.
- A
totally sealed surface makes the door more hygienic and easier to clean.
- The
finished version, in standard form, has extra advantages such as
sound absorbing properties.
- Our
doors have a solid wood look and feel.
- Available
in a wide range of real wood veneer species, or wood grain resin
impregnated films.
